ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

 

 

As I am interested in artificial intelligence, I have read several books about the topic. They treated the subject in different ways : from  physical, sociological and educational points of view. That is how I started to mature the idea of an installation about AI. In fact, I wonder : if we could reach the singularity, that is to say the limit where AI acquires a super-intelligence that would qualitatively surpass human intelligence by far and would trigger a surge in technological growth, would mankind be in danger or on the contrary become more prosperous? Should we see a positive side rather than an alarmist one? 

 

I sculpted plastic to make the humanoid and all the other transparent parts in the installation and I used other plastic textures and mix media to establish the rest of the installation.
